PERAN KESADARAN METAKOGNITIF TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peran kesadaran metakognitif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah telaah naratif (narrative review) hasil penelitian terdahulu yang telah dipublikasikan pada jurnal internasional yang terindeks scopus, index copernicus, thomson reuters dan web of science (clarivate analytics) lima tahun terakhir dari tahun 2012-2017. Data diperoleh dari database online pengindeks jurnal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kesadaran metakognitif dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, kesadaran metakognitif mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam proses kegiatan pemecahan masalah matematika.
