KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN DAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL MAHASISWA CALON GURU BIOLOGI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tentang kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial mahasiswa calon guru biologi pada Tadris Biologi IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan dengan menggunakan skala penilaian untuk mengukur kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial mahasiswa calon guru biologi, dan wawancara untuk mengetahui upaya jurusan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial mahasiswa calon guru biologi. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian rata-rata skornya adalah 88,25% dan kompetensi sosial mahasiswa calon guru biologi rata-rata skornya adalah 84,68%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial mahasiswa calon guru biologi di Tadris Biologi termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik.

This study aims to describe the personality competencies and social competencies of prospective biology teacher students in Tadris Biology IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon. The research method uses descriptive methods. Research instruments are used by using a rating scale to measure the personality and social competencies of prospective biology teacher students, and interviews to determine the efforts of the department in developing personality and social competency of biology teacher candidates. The results show that the average personality competency score is 88.25% and the social competence of prospective biology teacher candidates is an average score of 84.68%. The conclusion in this study is that the personality and social competencies of prospective biology teacher students in Tadris Biology are included in the excellent category.
