Model Pembelajaran Resource Based Learning (RBL) Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


Facing the challenges of the development of technology and information in the 21st century, one of which requires critical thinking skills. This critical thinking ability must continue to be trained from elementary school age, for this reason, in learning activities, accuracy is needed in choosing learning models. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of using the Resource Based Learning learning model on the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students in elementary schools. The design of this research uses a quasi-experimental method with a non-random pretest-posttest control group design (Pretest-Posttest Non Equivalent Control Group Design). The respondents in this research were class V students at the state primary school 1 Penggung, Cirebon City, totaling 40 children (20 experimental classes and 20 control classes). The results of the research were that there was an influence of the use of the Resource based learning model on the critical thinking abilities of class V students in elementary schools, Model Resource based learning is part of a fun learning model because this model aims to create a fun and interesting atmosphere for students, so that they are more motivated and participate actively in learning.
