Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran Matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bekerjasama dengan guru kelas V SDN Sunia Baru I, sebanyak 20 siswa terdiri dari 9 siswa laki laki dan 11 siswi perempuan. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam 3 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Alat yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes berupa soal dan lembar observasi serta dokumentasi data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes sebagai data primer dan hasil observasi serta dokumentasi sebagai data pendukung. Indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan apabila rata-rata kelas meningkat siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu pada siklus I nilai rata-rata 59,72 dengan ketuntasan individu 9 siswa (45%) diatas KKM, sedangkan 11 siswa (55%) masih dibawah KKM. pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 68,25 dengan ketuntasan individu 13 siswa (65%) diatas KKM, sedangkan 7 siswa (35%) masih dibawah KKM. Pada siklus ke III nilai rata-rata 72,25 dengan ketuntasan individu 16 siswa (80%) diatas KKM, sedangkan 4 siswa (20%) masih dibawah KKM . Selain itu dari data observasi diperoleh sebelum diberikan tindakan siswa terlihat kurang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran lebih didominasi oleh guru. Setelah diberikan tindakan siswa terlihat aktif baik pada saat kegiatan tanya jawab maupun pada saat kegiatan kelompok.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in Mathematics. This research is a class action research in collaboration with the fifth grade teacher of SDN Sunia Baru I, as many as 20 students consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students. This study took place in 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. The tools used in data collection are tests in the form of questions and observation sheets and documentation of data obtained in the form of test results as primary data and the results of observations and documentation as supporting data. Success indicators are determined if the class average increases in cycle I, cycle II and cycle III. The results showed that the mathematics learning outcomes of students had increased. This is indicated by an increase in the class average value, namely in the first cycle the average value was 59.72 with individual completeness of 9 students (45%) above the KKM, while 11 students (55%) were still below the KKM. in the second cycle the average score was 68.25 with individual completeness of 13 students (65%) above the KKM, while 7 students (35%) were still below the KKM. In the third cycle the average score was 72.25 with individual completeness of 16 students (80%) above the KKM, while 4 students (20%) were still below the KKM. In addition, from observation data obtained before being given the action of students, they were seen to be less active in learning activities, learning activities were more dominated by teachers. After being given the action students look active both during the question and answer activities and during group activities.
