ANALISIS MESIN PERAJANG POHON PISANG UNTUK PAKAN TERNAK

Abstract


ABSTRAC

Before the banana tree chopper machine production process is carried out, it needs to be studied first through the analysis process with the help of software. The analysis process is carried out to determine the feasibility of the machine. In addition, it is also to reduce production failures in the machine production process. So this stage is very important to get maximum results. Banana tree chopper machine is made for cattle and sheep feed. To carry out the analysis process, several parameters are needed such as frame design, frame material using hollow galvanized steel, profile 40 mm, Inlet and outlet materials use 0.8 mm thick steel plate, shaft material uses steel st 37 ø20, length 330 mm, blade material uses JIS SUP9 (5160) length 350 mm width 40 mm thickness 2 mm. Electric motor planning uses JY2A-4 type, 1 HP, Pulley design uses ø100 mm and ø125 mm pulleys, V-belt design uses type A.55 L = 1397 mm, Bearing planning uses TOPL type 20 mm zinc alloy.
