PENERAPAN PENJADWALAN WAKTU MENGGUNAKAN METODE CPM (CRITICAL PATH METHODE) DAN PERT PADA PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RSUD MAJALENGKA

Abstract


The project implementer is carried out by PT. Waskita Karya, the success of carrying out construction projects on time is the most important goal in a project, one of which is by applying the CPM (Critical Path Method) method. The budget used in this study is equal to. With a budget of Rp. 34,799,108,000.00, preparatory work, structural work, work, architect work, plumbing work, and electrical work.

The objectives of this research are among others: to determine the work network or network project for the construction Gedung Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Majalengka, and analyze the optimal time to complete the construction project Gedung Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Majalengka.

Project scheduling begins by creating a network based on the critical time of each activity. Critical time at the Basement project and the Nursing Installation Building at Majalengka Regional Hospital start, B, C, D, E, F, H, I, J, R, S, and M1. Based on the calculation of PERT, it is known that the project opportunity with 196 days is 97.22%. So that the project can run smoothly and over time, the project implementers pay attention to activities with critical time. Activities at critical times must be obeyed so that other activities are not obstructed. There was a delay in completion time in Basement dan Gedung Instalasi Rawat RSUD Majalengka the due to lack of expertise, owned by the service provider. These conditions cause difficult service providers to complete the project on time.
