PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN TES ARGUMENTASI TULISAN YANG BERORIENTASI E-LEARNING UNTUK MELATIH KETERAMPILAN ARGUMENTASI MAHASISWA

Abstract


Pembelajaran mata kuliah Mikrobiologi di Jurusan Pendidikan IPA FKIP Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa selama ini lebih sering dengan ceramah. Hal ini tidak efektif mengkonstruksi pengetahuan mahasiswa sebagai calon guru IPA dan belum mampu merangsang keterampilan argumentasinya. Oleh sebab itu, perlu diperbaiki menggunakan e-learning agar mahasiswa berperan aktif mengkonstruksi pengetahuannya dan memaksimalkan keterampilan argumentasi secara tertulis (tulisan). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes argumentasi tulisan yang berorientasi e-learning untuk melatih keterampilan argumentasi mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan terdiri dari 7 tahapan yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan, merencanakan, mengembangkan produk awal, melakukan validasi produk awal, merevisi produk awal, melakukan uji coba kelompok kecil dan merevisi produk. Subjek  penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan IPA semester V sebanyak 37 orang. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tes argumentasi tulisan yang berorientasi e-learning pada mata kuliah Mikrobiologi yang dikembangkan dikategorikan sangat valid dengan melihat sebaran ketiga aspek penilaian. Hal ini terlihat pada aspek konstruksi dan aspek materi kategorinya sangat valid serta aspek bahasa dikategorikan valid artinya instrumen tes layak digunakan untuk diujicobakan.
