KOMUNIKASI DAN MOTIVASI DALAM ORGANISASI
Abstract
Communication has a very important role for almost the lines of human life. With human communication various interactions with almost all parties in daily activities carried out by humans. Communication has various aspects of perspective that can be used in everything such as communication in the field of organization.
Communication in the field of organization has a role and function that is very meaningful to regulate everything in the organization. With communication, the organization can be monitored and an evaluation of the process of activities within the organization is carried out. Components in communication become a medium of interaction in bridging existing units within the organization so as to create a balance of systems within the organization
The strategies and models of communication that must be developed in regulating and supervising the running of an organization must be arranged in such a way that the communication process can run according to the culture, norms and regulations that exist within the organization so that the organizational wheels run well
