This study aims to parents of toddlers can monitor the growth and nutritional toddler in posyandu Nusa Indah III. The author uses the RAD system development methods in the manufacture of infant nutritional system information. The advantages of this method is the application developer can customize the system so the user desires information with the results of sisitem information will be beyond your expectation. The information system created is an system information based desktop application using Netbeans and MySQL database so users only use laptop / pc in carrying this system information.
