Abstract

Organic fertilizer is a fertilizer with basic ingredients taken from nature with the amount and type of nutrients contained naturally. Organic fertilizer is one of the most important ingredients in an effort to improve soil fertility safely, in the sense that the agricultural products produced are free from chemicals that are harmful to human health so they are safe for consumption.
At present, there are several types of organic fertilizer as natural fertilizers based on the basic ingredients, namely manure, compost, humus, green fertilizer, and microbial fertilizer. Whereas in terms of its form there is a liquid organic fertilizer made from liquid organic material and there is a solid organic fertilizer. For the manufacture of organic fertilizers originating from feces, it requires a chopping machine called a crusher machine. This machine functions as a destroyer of raw materials that will be used as organic fertilizer production, destruction by using a crushing device to form the size of the desired gradation or softness.
In this process/stage, it also functions as a process of mixing the raw materials used. After obtaining the appropriate gradation, the process will continue to the next stage or be stored first in accordance with the work acceleration in the field.
