Abstract

Organic fertilizer can be made from waste, for example, dairy farm waste in the form of feces
or urine, animal slaughterhouse waste in the form of cattle rumen can also be used as liquid organic fertilizer. For the manufacture of organic fertilizer derived from feces requires a machine to make granules called granulator machines. This machine functions as making organic fertilizer into small granules so that later it will make it easier for farmers to apply/use from the fertilizer.
Here the granulator machine work on the basis of a rotary system in a plane that is positioned sideways, the power source that is used by this machine uses the power of the engine to rotate the movable body using an electric motor. The granulator tub rotates with a 45ï‚° angle so that cow dung will become round granules with an average size of 5 mm.
